Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit is sent, and availability is not held without a confirmed booking. I kindly ask for mindfulness, kindness, and respect for our time and artistic work.

Please note: Deposits are non-refundable.

 lateness of every 5 minutes incurs a $15 fee; after 30 minutes, the session may be canceled or rescheduled, or potentially reducing your booked time and photo package (original package price remains).

A $50 rescheduling fee applies ~ must be communicated 48 hrs of booking.

No shows must pay full package amount unless Proof of family Emergency.

(Death of family member, emergency room, client in labor)

Outfit changes can be included in your booked time if location has a private area to change.

Locations further than 25 minutes from me will incur an additional charge, which can be quoted upon inquiry.

I kindly request that clients do not add filters or alter our work, as all photographs remain the intellectual property of AileenLens, reflecting our unique style and expertise.
